Opposite the "Le Rond" fountain-washhouse, below the Route de Langres, is a "fountain with covered washhouse" built in 1808 to the designs of the architect Battonot de Langres, featuring a remarkable arcature on the façade under a soberly classical cornice. Its sunny façade features five arches, two at each end of which serve as entrances to the washing basin and rinsing area. It is fed by a spring from the village, while on the other side, a stream acts as an outlet. It has a 4-sided roof supported by elegant ashlar arches that let in plenty of light. The wash-house was restored in 2007 by the Communauté de Communes de la Vallée de la Suize (with joint funding from the European Union and the Conseil Général), and was illuminated to mark the occasion.
