Day 1
Learn to find truffles with Orka the dog
From October to December, come and discover the Burgundy grey truffle and its inimitable fragrance at the Clairs Chenes estate.
At the gateway to the National Forest Park, you can explore the 2 ha of truffle fields in the company of Philippe and Isabelle and their dog Orka, who is unbeatable at finding truffles thanks to her sharp nose.
Driven by the magic of the complicity between the dog and her owners, you'll enjoy a beautiful walk among the various species of trees in the truffle field: oaks, cedars, birches, lime trees...
Cook and taste your harvest
Back at the estate, it's time to prepare the fruits of your harvest. Isabelle will share her recipes and secrets for bringing out the flavour of fresh truffles and cooking a meal dedicated entirely to truffles. Enjoy your meal!
Day 2
Winemaker's Champagne
The Champagne route begins in Haute-Marne. Spend the morning with a producer and winemaker to find out how he makes this prestigious wine, from the work in the vineyard to bottling. After a tour of the cellar, you'll be invited to taste the different vintages produced by the winery.
For a relaxing stroll, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial is just a stone's throw away.
