Day 1
From castle to garden, immerse yourself in the heart of history
Relive the rich hours of the Renaissance in the pleasure pavilion of the Grand Jardin château. Stroll through the labyrinth of geometrically shaped greenery and the winding paths of its shady groves.
Your walk continues along the Marne to the Quai des Peceaux. This is where the historic heart of the town is built. Two themed tours will take you back in time to the Middle Ages and the Renaissance to discover the town's prestigious heritage: the auditorium of justice, the convent of the Annunciades, the apothecary... Let yourself be surprised!
Charming dinner and a peaceful night's sleep
You can book your accommodation to enjoy the historic center and rediscover the charm of the alleyways at nightfall.
Day 2
Exuberant nature at the Jardins de mon Moulin
You can extend your day with a stopover at one of the local favourites: the Côte Verte restaurant, followed by a visit to the Jardins de mon Moulin.
Located at the foot of the wooded hill overlooking the village, the Mazelle mill has lost its wheel but has retained its millstream and waterfall. The Jardins de mon Moulin, themed gardens in which water plays a major role, have been created around this example of traditional Haute-Marne architecture.
