This trail will take you around the plateau where the wind blows and has enabled many wind turbines to be set up, providing new "clean" energy resources for the area. You'll discover the village of Aujeurres and the legend of the Peûte-Bête, and enjoy a refreshing dip in the fountain. Your route will then take you to the Germain de Chalancey cheese dairy, where you can discover the region's famous Langres cheese! The tour will then take you to the village of Praslay and its covered washhouse, before ending on a refreshing note with a stop at the sources of the Aube, where unspoilt nature awaits you...
