Voie Verte - Boucle N° 3 et 4

2pm: Departure by bike for the circuit around the Voie Verte. After crossing the Bois de Grand'Gorge, I continue cycling along the Voie Verte before stopping at the foot of the impressive wind turbines on the plateau. I then start my descent towards Flagey, Orcevaux and then the village of Baissey. There, I stop to visit the old water mill where the miller welcomes me and, in the end, sells me some of his traditional flour. I left with a bit more to carry, but happy with this unusual encounter. After climbing up to Verseilles-le-Haut, I made my way slowly down to Longeau. I then made my way to Cohons, where I stopped again to see the famous drystone snail... Finally, my route takes me close to the sources of the Marne, which are well worth the diversions, given the beauty of the natural site (equipped with themed markers).
