Du canal à la Traire

2pm: departure for the "Du canal à la Traire" cycle tour. After a visit to Nogent and its Cutlery Museum, I set off in the direction of Poulangy. I stopped for a few moments to admire the church and took the opportunity to refresh myself at the fountains surrounding it. I then get back on the road before following the towpath of the canal between Champagne and Burgundy, which itself follows the Marne (a river that rises on the plateau). I leave the canal to go to Thivet, where the church stands proudly on the village heights. I then return to Nogent, following the road through the forest.
