This 67 km loop will take you on a journey through the historic past of the Haute-Marne. You'll visit the former royal abbey of Septfontaine, the Cistercian abbey of La Crête, the village of Ecot la Combe, the ancient medieval fortress of Lafauche...
You'll also pass through a number of wooded areas that will lead you to the Cul du Cerf, a gigantic 65-metre-deep landslide cone. Finally, you'll make your way quietly back to Andelot, following the course of the Manoise, a pleasant valley with a long history of steelmaking.
