La Tour des Villains, which has been awarded the Fabrique de Territoire label, is a third-party community centre located in the heart of the Petite Cité de Caractère district of Montsaugeon. It offers a wide range of popular education classes (instrumental, craft and artistic skills) and a programme of events from March to October, including concerts, village tours and live performances. It is also a venue for artistic residencies: the first floor of the building is reserved for artists wishing to produce a work in the Pays de Langres area, whether it be cinematographic, visual or other. Last but not least, the tavern offers a wide range of games, social areas, books and games, as well as tastings of local produce. The locavore grocery completes the range of local services available to local residents. 70% of the products on sale are sourced and produced locally.
