Local craft beers, local wines, local juices... everything you drink here comes from next door or not far away.
At Villains.e.s, it's like this: you either go local or you don't. And the local producers do us proud, with the huge diversity and undeniable quality of their juices, wines and craft beers.
We still offer 3 craft beers on draught, and invite you to discover a new brewery or a new beer at the beginning of each month! Ligone, La Choue, la Ceuilette, la Tab'z, la Résiliente... bottled or draught, they're all on tap!
Wine from Haut-Marnais is on a roll: oak vintages, exceptional vintages, blanc de noirs and other sparkling wines, you'll find all the excellent nectars from Muid-Montsaugeonnais at the tavern!
Raspberry, strawberry and blackcurrant nectars, as well as grenadine and redcurrant syrups, come from Cassis d'Alice, in Isômes, 2 km from Montsaugeon. Vine peach, apricot, quetsche and mirabelle plum nectars, as well as apple, pear and quince juices come from Vergers de Jean-Pierre in Esnoms-au-Val, 10 minutes from our café. We'll soon be adding homemade lemonades to this vast collection of fruity treats: Here too, local products, nothing but local products. With the exception of the coffee and various teas, which are excellent by the way, as they are supplied to us by the Brûlerie Diderot in Langres!
What could be better than local produce to accompany a craft beer or a local Chardonnay? Here too, we trust our local producers to surprise you. Biscuits, smoked meats, snails, ice creams and sorbets: there's a whole host of other snacks to complete your menu, which we'll put together to suit your tastes.
