The church of Notre-Dame-en-sa-Nativité was built in the 17th century using materials from the demolition of the old town of La Mothe. It faces north-east and has 3 barrel-vaulted naves.
It is a genuine reminder of the old town of La Mothe, built in 1699 using stones from the Collegiate Church of La Mothe and various other monuments in the town. Its most striking features are its hexagonal plan, a reminder of the defunct town with its six bastions, the majestic gateway with its pilasters taken from buildings in La Mothe, and its bell tower, reminiscent of a watchtower.
Inside, a number of sculptures and memorabilia from the former collegiate church have been brought together.
