VIERGE DE CHAUMONDEL

It was Abbé Andrieux who had this statue of the Virgin raised on the site of the former church of Chaumondel. He also instituted a pilgrimage there in I856, in gratitude for the work carried out on the church at Pisseloup around I848.
Today, the pilgrimage takes place every two years around I5 August.
