1 km from the Semoutiers motorway exit, discover a unique estate where a two-hectare truffle plantation has been planted at "Les Clairs Chênes".
This family-run plantation has 7 different species of trees: oaks, hazelnuts, black pines... a favourite place for the development of the "Tuber Uncinatum".
The owners, Philippe and Isabelle Devilliers, and their dog Orka, will introduce you to the pleasure of hollowing out the trees and welcome you to their table to taste the fruits of the harvest.
2 seasons to discover our truffles:
- the "TUBER AESTIVUM" or "white summer truffle", with a lighter fragrance, in July and August
- the "TUBER UNCINATUM" or "autumn truffle" with a nutty flavour, from September to December
