So sports nature aims to offer sports activities (fitness and Nordic walking) individually or in groups.
In the case of Nordic walking, the aim is not only to offer a sporting activity through a hike supervised by an instructor (BPJEPS), but also to help people discover an area such as the National Forest Park. As such, the trails vary from week to week, giving you the chance to get to know typical villages. Although this is Nordic walking, speed is not the primary objective. Everyone walks at their own pace, interacting with the other participants and enjoying the landscapes that alternate between meadows, forests and wetlands. It's not unusual to come across a roe deer, a fox or, if you're lucky, a stag or a doe. This is one of the reasons why our friends the dogs are not allowed.
The atmosphere, the smells and the sensations vary with the seasons and the weather, because we walk all year round and in all weathers. Only strong winds (+75 km) are a cause for cancellation.
Children are welcome, with or without poles, from the age of 6 for hikes of 6 km and 9 for hikes of 8 km or more.
The loan of poles is free for everyone. All equipment is disinfected and stored for 2 days between outings.
