Sport, wellbeing and health activities (max 15 people/course, trained instructors, for people with ALD or wishing to resume/start a physical activity): yoga, Pilates, fitness, stretching, gym flash, urban training, walking, etc.
Every year: sports and health day to promote local players, fitness evenings, 2-day yoga courses open to all, one-off activities based on new practices (e.g. reggaeton dance), etc.
Minimum age: 16
Better living at home" programme: combat social, cultural and physical isolation. Courses on nutrition, recovering balance, memory, coordination, etc., taking advantage of the cultural resources of the centre.
Minimum age: 60+.
