Located in the heart of the Champardennaise region, the Vallage saffron farm was founded in Nomécourt in 2015. Above all, it's a family venture, with a desire to get back to working the land. An area of 20 ares is devoted exclusively to this. With more than 75,000 flowers harvested by hand in 2015, we're delighted to be able to share this magnificent spice with cooking enthusiasts and lovers of new culinary sensations.
