The Résidence Sociale Jeune (RSJ) provides furnished individual accommodation for young workers, employees on geographical mobility schemes, students on grants and trainees.
It is aimed in particular at young people in employment (fixed-term contracts, permanent contracts, sandwich courses, apprenticeships, subsidised contracts, temporary work, internships, training, geographical mobility, students with grants and young people entering the Youth Guarantee scheme). The young people's social residence (RSJ) is accessible from the age of 16, subject to compliance with the income limits for social housing.
