The priory has belonged to Auberive Abbey since 1290, and is now owned by a sculptor and dry-stone worker who is devoting many months to restoring it. As you walk along the rue du prieuré, you can admire the restored, whitewashed gable and, upstairs, the oratory with its 19th-century stained glass windows. Don't miss the double-sided bull's eye and the "sparrow's house" with its 17 stone holes. Carved into the gable, each hole is a delight for our sparrow friends. Also worth seeing is the multicoloured dragon made of glazed tiles on the roof of an outbuilding.
