Located in the inner courtyard of the parish church, the dovecote stands alongside the buildings of the Convent of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, founded in 1838. Capped by a sloping roof topped by a zinc finial, the façade has no hanger. This square-plan building is unusual in that on the first floor it houses an oven chamber with a monolithic tank that once collected the wood ash used for washing clothes. In the adjoining barn to the right, you walk around the oven's heating chamber to take a miller's staircase that leads to the dovecote upstairs. Illuminated by a window and fitted with two small bays with stone flight supports, it has retained its ashlar bolts. The ceiling features an original four-sided pyramidal vault. Two cross-beams originally used to support the ladder are still in place.
