The pond, just over a hectare in size and around 2.50 m deep, was dug in the mid-1970s. The Jonchery municipal pond is managed by Carpe Joncheroise.
You can fish for trout, carp, tench, roach, pike, pike-perch, perch and bream.
Day fishing available: You don't need a federal fishing licence to fish on the lake. All you need to do is join the association and come and fish whenever you like, or take out a day pass.
