Just 2 km from the town centre on the D26, Parc de la Bannie is a typical example of a nature park in the south of the Haute-Marne region, populated by majestic oak trees. In 1973, the Bois de la Bannie was transformed into a wildlife park covering 150 hectares, 102 of which are enclosed. Wild boar, elaphe stags, hinds and fallow deer live there in semi-liberty, and the public can enjoy a 30-hectare walking area in the middle of the zoological enclosures.
Several species of pheasant, peacock, pigeon and mallard duck frolic in an aviary.
In the centre of the park is a reception area with a pavilion, play areas, tables and barbecues.
