In a contemporary building in the heart of the old town, the museum invites you to discover one of the finest collections of art and archaeology between Champagne and Burgundy (2nd century Bacchus mosaic, etc.). Since the 19th century, enlightened amateurs and generous donors have built up an exceptional collection of archaeological objects from prehistory to the Gallo-Roman period, sculptures from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance (Bouchardon, Petitot, etc.), decorative arts (Aprey earthenware, pewter, Langroise cutlery, etc.), paintings (Tassel, Michelin, Gillot, etc.), drawings and engravings from the 16th to the 20th century, and old photographs. The St-Didier chapel and the temporary exhibition room host a wide range of events.
Special rates for schoolchildren.
