The Métaltech production school, located in Nogent, is dedicated to training young people aged 15 to 18 in the lathe-mill trade, thereby meeting the needs of local manufacturers.
A member of the "Les Écoles de production" network, the supervisory team consists of a headmistress, two master craftsmen and volunteer teachers, who will train the machinists of tomorrow via a two-year CAP (vocational training certificate) in Production Plant Management. 24 hours of training in the workshop, 11 hours of theory lessons, working on real orders, working on know-how and interpersonal skills - these are the training measures put in place by the school.
