Its mission is to promote reading and provide access to a wide range of media. It is assisted in this service by the Médiathèque Départementale de la Haute-Marne (MDHM). You don't need to be a member to :
- read books and magazines and listen to CDs,
- use the space to tell your children a story,
- take part in the activities.
Registration (FREE) also allows you to :
- borrow documents,
- access to the public digital space.
