The MFR offers work-linked training in nature and personal services. Young people follow courses from 4th grade to BTS, on a sandwich course or apprenticeship basis. It offers the young people it takes on a pathway based on individualised support. The training supervisors, partners of the MFR, pass on their know-how and are key players in the work-linked learning approach.
