This composite house is located at no. 2 Rue du Vernois: in addition to the stone drain for the outside sink, there are window surrounds made of either wood (traditional on poor houses) or brick. There is also a door with a bracketed lintel over the stable and chamfered grooved jambs. Finally, in the corner of the barn door on the stable side, there is a clever angled hole in the stone, which used to be used to tie up horses.
Not open to the public: this private site can only be viewed from the outside.
