Originally from Villegusien-le-Lac, Laurette Gerbet is studying plastic arts and regularly practises oil painting. Canvas isn't her only medium, and she likes to diversify the objects and places that host her creations: like the walls of her village, now bearing the deep, lively gazes of some of its inhabitants, which the young artist has probed and rendered with sensitivity and poetry.
