Our breeding farm offers you gros-gris snails (Hélix Aspersa) born, bred and cooked on the farm in Chalancey, France.
Breeding begins in March, then they grow in our open-air pens from April to October, feeding on a natural meadow of varied, aromatic herbs, supplemented by a mixture of cereals and limestone to strengthen their shells. After collection, they are processed in our laboratory on the farm, so that we can offer them to you in a variety of recipes.
