The aim of this association is to raise awareness of cutlery from the Nogentais basin in the Haute-Marne.
The manufacture of knives, scissors and now surgical instruments has earned our region a reputation for excellence.
Every year, the association organises the "SALON DE LA COUTELLERIE", held in Langres as part of the "Journées Nationales des Métiers d'Art".
