Running an organic farm on the former orchards of Colmier-le-Haut, Julie Frymyer offers around thirty different types of fruit and vegetables, grown in open fields and, soon, in greenhouses.
Among other things, Julie offers various varieties (new or storage) of potatoes, carrots and beetroot, as well as red onions, squash and courgettes.
The vegetables are available directly from the farm, at the weekly market in Auberive, at La Maison de Courcelles (Saint Loup), at La Régie du Plateau and Plateau Bio (Vaillant), and in local supermarkets (Intermarché franchise stores in Langres, and ‘Tout pour vous’ in Recey-sur-Ource).
