Market gardening and direct sales of fruit and vegetables in the centre of the village. The orchards are mainly made up of apple, pear and cherry trees. In season, the apples are sold as fruit, and some are made into juice. The eight varieties of apple grown produce a juice that is just the right amount of sweetness, with a flavour that can only be found in artisanal juice. In season, the farm also produces strawberries and field vegetables: potatoes, onions, pumpkins, etc.
