Cécile and Fabien - Le Rucher des Sources - have been organic beekeepers in Aprey for around ten years.
From the moment they set up their first hives, they chose to work with the local black bee, which has been naturally adapted to its territory for thousands of years.
They produce eight different types of honey, ranging from spring to buckwheat, lime, acacia, sunflower and more.
They also offer a wide range of home-made by-products, including gingerbread, nougats, sweets and lollies.
You can find them on the farm in Aprey, at markets (Courcelles-sur-Aujon and "Au rendez-vous des Saveurs locales") or in shops.
