At the bottom of the village are two washhouses, including this one, which has five octagonal pillars supporting the roof, two of which are set into the wall. The wash-house, which has retained its rounded-edged basin, is complemented by a fountain flanked by two large stone troughs, once used to water cattle. The old paving has been preserved.
