This pleasant residence, remarkably situated above the village gardens, owes its name to its exceptional exposure. It is typical of the bourgeois houses built in Cohons in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries by wealthy families from Langres to spend the grape harvest here.
Villa Soleil" was successively owned by the Dury, Claudon and Commoy families from Langres, before being sold to the Di Stasio family.
