Enter the bowling alley, now known as Place saint-Vincent. Under the lean-to on the left, you will see traces of a demolished house from the same period, of which the jambs of the massive chimney remain. On the left, we can also see the stone sink (le lavier in local dialect) with its sunken drain, topped on the right by a utility cupboard with a narrow cavity known as the ashtray (designed to keep the embers in the fireplace until the next day, to prevent fires). We are now in the living room of this house, which has disappeared.
