The Tithe House dates from the 17th century and stands at the western entrance to the cemetery. It was in this barn that the villagers came to pay the tithe tax to the canons of Langres. At that time, the seigneury of Champigny-lès-Langres depended almost entirely on the chapter of Langres Cathedral, to which the tithe was owed. The bishop also owned the Moulinot farm.
