La Boutique à "Jojo"
Known as the "Boutique" like all the workshops in the Nogentois cutlery industry, this is a typical, modest-sized workshop, facing south on the Chemin de la Brèche. It belonged to Jean-Georges Nicolas (1914-2001), a craftsman who made surgical and veterinary instruments.
