Built between 1928 and 1929, the bandstand stands on the site of an old wash-house. The mayor at the time, Mr RAGUET, was a musician. Creating a bandstand there was a way for him to liven up the central village square by having bands play there. He therefore diverted the water into a 25m3 cistern and condemned the wash-house for good. On the east side of the kiosk, a small 80cm door gives access to the cistern in case of fire.
