A gentleman's residence built by a canon from Langres in the early 18th century. Château de Longeau is typical of the pleasure buildings of the period and is surrounded by a pretty, picturesque garden that stretches out towards the hillside and on the other side in a classical layout featuring a pond, a bower and a small maze. The exterior features a neo-classical gateway with a wrought-iron grille from Morimond Abbey (listed as a Historic Monument on 15 March 1993).
