Hello dear visitor! Let me introduce myself: I'm Philippe Lebon, engineer, chemist and inventor! Yes, I invented gas lighting. Unfortunately for me, I didn't become famous for it... ! And yet it was my invention that was first used to light the city of Paris all the same. Without wishing to brag, my "thermolamp" revolutionised urban lighting in 1801! Today, you can still admire my statue. It was erected in my honour in 1887 by the town of Chaumont, which is the prefecture for the little village where I was born: Brachay. But let's stop talking about me. I need you to help me solve some riddles and puzzles.
