Hi, let me introduce myself, I'm Jean, chevalier de Bourmont under the orders of my lord, the Count of Champagne. I'll be your guide on this tour.
Are you ready for this adventure?
Yes, great, but before we start, I'd like to tell you a few things about Bourmont.

Bourmont is the smallest town in France, as Charles X declared during the last year of his reign.
It has a rich history, having belonged to the Count of Champagne in the 12th century, then to the Count and Duke of Bar, and even to the Duke of Lorraine in 1431.
It was only in 1766, on the death of Stanislas, the last Duke of Lorraine, that it became a French city.
It was home to the Second American Infantry Division during the First World War, and during the Second World War there was terrible fighting between the French and Germans in June 1940.
