This private mansion was probably built when Claude Simonet, Lord of Isômes, acquired the plot in 1705. There is a strict separation between the main building and the outbuildings: the kitchens and stables are housed in separate buildings.
Set in a square, the street façade is enlivened by a central forecourt, the ground floor of which is decorated with bosses. The upper storey, reserved for private flats, features larger windows and colossal pilasters uniting two levels. Although damaged, the pediment features a coat of arms surrounded by two figures. This decoration, like the pavilion roof, is the hallmark of a quality building.
