The SAVENCIA Fromage & Dairy Group is one of the major players in dairy processing, an independent family group with international reach thanks to its strong brands (Caprice des Dieux, Saint Agur, Tartare, Cœur de Lion, Fol Epi, Elle & Vire, etc), the 2nd largest cheese group in France and 5th in the world, with 24,000 employees in 31 countries.
Its BG subsidiary (BONGRAIN GERARD) is the Group's oldest cheese company. It produces soft specialities under the brand names Caprice des Dieux, Géramont (leader in Germany), Montagnard des Vosges, etc.
The Illoud site was founded in 1956 and is the birthplace of Caprice des Dieux. We work with more than 210 milk producers located less than 70km from the dairy to collect around 300,000 litres of milk a day.
Our jobs cover the various stages in the manufacture of our products, from collecting the milk to dispatching the packaged products.
