Along the road between Lécourt and Maulain, a fenced enclosure protects a replica of the grotto at Lourdes. The grotto houses a statue of the Virgin Mary, with a statue of Bernadette kneeling in prayer in front of it. This religious building was built in 1964 by Mr Léon Noirot (1900-1976), who had a particular devotion to Notre-Dame de Lourdes. Every year, at nightfall on 15 August, a procession takes place from the church in Lécourt. Each member of the faithful carries a processional candle, as in Lourdes.
