Who are we?
The Groupement d'Employeurs pour le Développement d'Activités en Haute-Marne (GEDA 52) is a key player in the social economy, created by associations, local authorities and businesses in Haute-Marne to provide collective support for employment in the region.
GEDA 52 stands out for :
- Shared employment development: Facilitating access to skills where it is difficult to do so alone, with the aim of securing long-term employment.
- local roots: created by and for local structures (associations, public bodies, businesses).
- Democratic, not-for-profit governance: Decisions are taken collectively, and any surpluses are reinvested to guarantee the long-term future and development of our initiatives.

By taking charge of the administrative management of employees, from recruitment to career development, we enable our members to concentrate on their core mission. Thanks to our timeshare model, we offer employees access to stable, local jobs, while meeting the varied needs of our members. Together, we are building a future where solidarity, cooperation and local development are at the heart of what we do.

GEDA 52 was set up in 2005 to provide collective support and solidarity for employment in the Haute-Marne region.
GEDA 52 aims to facilitate the day-to-day management of associations, businesses and local authorities by taking care of the complex administrative tasks involved in being an employer. Its mission is to recruit employees and make them available to its members on a part-time or full-time basis. The employers' group is involved in the recruitment and employment of skilled labour, career development and personalised support for each employee.
Today, it meets the needs of its members with no minimum time limit and covers a wide range of professions, giving its employees access to local employment.
14 FTEs are made available, representing 33 people.

GEDA 52 facilitates employment in local organisations.
