At Schertenleib, a family-run cheese dairy well known for its specialities, cow's milk cheeses are made in a whole range of flavours:
- from Langres AOP plain (180g or by the slice) to Langres AOP le champenois 180g (matured in champagne marc)
- as well as Bassignot and Saulxures Blanc and Saulxures ails et fines herbes (fromage frais)
- and Carré de l'Est Le Saulxurois (plain)
- or Mirabella, matured in Mirabelle plum brandy,
The retail shop also sells Morbier, raclette, Comté, Emmental, Cancoillotte and butter.
