Located in Genevrières, the Remillet family produce and process their own cows' milk in a cheese dairy covering almost 1100 m². It's the only one still producing Langres cheese made from raw milk!
The Rémillet family's secret lies in a slightly different recipe, since they have decided to salt their Langres less and to extend the maturing period to 22 days to allow the cheese's flavours to develop naturally.
In a 1,100 m² cheese dairy, seven employees produce the only Langres cheese made from raw milk, with one thing in mind: quality!
