The Marcoux cheese dairy, a family business for 4 generations, makes quality Emmental cheese from raw milk. Made and matured on the premises in the purest artisanal tradition, the cheese wheels carry the "Affinage de Tradition" label.
Dairy products are on sale in the cheese dairy shop from Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. Sunday and Monday closed.
