Located where the rue du Four-du-chapitre meets the Place de l'Abbé Cordier, this oven was given to the chapter in 1252 by Bishop Gui de Rochefort. The canons rebuilt it in 1263, leaving its management to a baker detached from the episcopal jurisdiction. The 13-metre square building is vaulted with nine pointed arches and features capitals decorated with geometric motifs or stylised plants. A large fireplace is set against the front wall.
