The washhouse dates back to 1849, according to an inscription in the stone, and the façade features wooden arches. The solid framework is covered with flaked tiles. A cast-iron lion's mouth feeds the fountain from four successive troughs on the façade, designed to water livestock. The wash-house still has its basins, around which the washerwomen washed and rinsed standing up, as well as its old paving on the floor.
