This washhouse, located at the bottom of the village in the rue des Petits Prés, away from the road, is fairly rustic. Open on the north side, the building houses a washing basin for the washerwomen. Two large wooden beams rest on wooden posts, which themselves rest on a low stone wall. Inside, water gushed from a gutter into the washing basin. The water then flowed into the large trapezoidal trough outside, which was used to water the animals. The outside of this washhouse is completed by a beautiful open-air basin, placed perpendicular to the covered washhouse, designed to water the animals. The ensemble is completed by a beautiful independent vaulted fountain dedicated to Saint Thiébaut. The fountain is covered in slabs and forms a charming setting. In the past, this fountain was the only source of drinking water in this part of the village.
